A bus travelling agency plying its buses in different directions(say kanpur to delhi,kanpur to jhansi etc).But it is not a person who is booking a bus for its own tour purpose.
Will it be a taxable service? state the reason for the answer.

The service will not be taxable under tour iperator coz ur not a person engaged in the businees of planning , scheduling etc tours. further u might not be covered by a permit other than a stage carriage permit under Motor vehicles At, 1988 as envisaged in section 65(115) of the finance act, 1994
