In case of Company Surcharge is applicable for all the cases. There is no 1 Cr. restriction .

THE SURCHARGE IS APPLICABLE TO ALL COMPANIES ,THE LIMIT OF RS. 1 CRORE APPLIES ONLY IN CASE OF TDS DEDUCTION
