there are no rules...you can open the firm and advise clients...as long as the client is happy, no worries..

to live. thanks again.....can help me in this way suppose I open a office what is
name of the office tax consultants or any other. I come to know that 3 squrtiny cases is required to open a firm.somebody do not told clearly. please adviced detail if possible. thanks again........

yes if ur not a ca and want to become a tax practitioner then u need to handle atleast 2 assessment case.
