can commerce graduate and have experience in taxation can open a tax consultant firm ? what are rules? please guide me ...thanks.....

17 June 2014 there are no rules...you can open the firm and advise clients...as long as the client is happy, no worries..

thanks you very much. some professionals like both of you is very kind and give answer honestly that some people like me
encouraged to do something and find way
to live. thanks again.....can help me in this way suppose I open a office what is
name of the office tax consultants or any other. I come to know that 3 squrtiny cases is required to open a firm.somebody do not told clearly. please adviced detail if possible. thanks again........

30 June 2014 yes if ur not a ca and want to become a tax practitioner then u need to handle atleast 2 assessment case.
