To get certified copy of ipce through rti act

17 February 2014 may I get certified copy of ipcc through RTI Act...????
and plz also tell me what the process to get certified copy through RTI
plz solve my query soon because last date is 28th feb.......

however please note that this method takes longer time and there is no guarantee that response will come. In such a case you shall have to file an appeal with RTI Commissioner. This may eat up a lot more time. Also ICAI can charge you relevant cost (like photocopying etc) under RTI Cost Rules 2005.

I would suggest that you should go for the normal mechanism for procuring certified copies. it would save you lot of time and cost.
