my question is,
one of my client has PAN card of his minor son and also bank account on his name, so can we file return with minor PAN card???

25 September 2014 Dear Tushar...querist has already mentioned that he wants to file the return for the Minor :)

Querist, you can file the return for the minor provided the income being offered to tax is earned by the minor out of exercise of his skills. Otherwise, the income is to be clubbed with parent with higher income

30 September 2014 @ nikhil he wants to club the income of minor ( not earned by minor as a result of his skill n talent) this was my doubt? ...hope u now understand y i ask specific q as the quesrist dont clarify so i dont like to ans anythign other then wat the querist wants
