To file return even when business is zero?

19 September 2015 Mine is a pvt ltd company...I had already intimated by regd post to IT department that I stopped business from 31March2014.

shud I file a return still?
if I do not file...?

21 September 2015 You have to file the IT return as long as your company is existence in the ROC. To stop filing return, you have to dissolve the company under Companies Act 2013 after which your company will be stuck off in books
