is there any need to deposit the hard copy of st3 if not pls convey ne about the related notification ths

I Think there is no need to submit Hard copy to the dept.
earlier when efiling is not compulsory we are submitting hard copy but now when compulsory there is no require to submit hard copy
for the first time confirm dept. if they don't ask then online filing is sufficient.
