03 November 2012 The Directors wants to close company.The last balance sheet has been prepared for the year ended 31/03/2010.So for filing FTE form can co give the figures for statements of accounts (annexure of FTE form) for the year ended 31/03/2010. How many rupees of stamp required for Indemnity bond & Affidavit.There is no business carried out by the company.
