14 July 2012 I would like to know about how to become a director or share holder in existing private limited Company.

in this regards what i need to check with the existing company . and how we check the share distribution among the directors.

14 July 2012 For becoming a director u need to have DIN NO. After getting DIN u need to file form 32 to concerned ROC for appointment as Director.
For becoming a share holder u need to purchase shares of the company or the company shall allot shares or through transfer of shares from existing shareholders.

14 July 2012 i.which certificate will be issued after tranfering the shares from existing shareholder .
ii.Any body can take share from Private limited or need to become director of the company.

14 July 2012 -For transfering the shares you have to fill up details of transferor & transferee in form 7B and affix requisite stamps based on the consideration amount.
-Only friends & relatives can be the shareholders in a Pvt Ltd company.

14 July 2012 -After completion of share transfer the company shall issue share certificate to the buyer of shares.
-U can get the Details of Shareholding from last years annual returns filed with the respective ROC.

14 July 2012 how we can check present capital of the company and amout of shares of each director ,is it mentioned in annual return field with ROC.
for eaxmple,if compny saying contribute 1crore to have share of 10% than what is present capital of the copmany,how we check,please explain.i want to check present capital of the company
