mi querry is this, i m an article, from tmmrw i m going to start an audit of a service concern. they are basically provide after sales services nd some time they also purchase some parts of machinery.
can u tll me what imp. point i should kept in mi mind while doing audit of that company??????

1.segrigate after sales & service under warrantty & with out Warrantty.
2.check whether ST paid on with out warranty
3.check the purchase bill for spare parts whether the VAT is paid or not.
4. if they registred under VAT check whether they collect & made the VAT payment to the department.
5.apart from the regular audit conditions are applicable
