13 May 2012 Can i obtain TIN no without depositing Rs 25000/- which is required to be deposited at the time of registration. Do i will get some benefits of being handicapped.

16 May 2012 Yes you can get Reg, if YOur turnover crosses Rs.5 Lacs without any OMS Purchase.

If you have OMS Purchase then you can take Reg on Crossing 1 lacs Sales Turnover

Provided you have Taxable Turnover of Rs.10000/- at least

I would not be required to deposit Rs 25000/- if my turnover exceeds Rs.5Lacs without OMS purchase and no other requirements to be fulfilled.

In case i have OMS purchase then i can get registration on crossing Sales Turnover of Rs 1Lacs and and taxable turnover of Rs 10000/- and there is no requirement of any Deposit. How is this possible as limit for taxable turnover is Rs 5Lacs

Is there any requirement to prove that the turnover is crossing Rs.5Lacs
