Tin no. has been cancelled due to non filing of vat return

sir/ma'am i was supposed to file monthly return and my VAT rate was 0% so due to non filing of return my TIN no. was cancelled.So i wanted to know what will be the procedure for renewal of my TIN or is it possible to take a new TIN no. on same PAN card no. ?

No you can't take new TIN with same PAN. you have to do appeal for cancelled TIN and pay penalty and do process to active your cancelled TIN.

sir at 0% VAT what will be the penalty charges and what will the procedure now to follow to avail my TIN no. back.

Penalty for non filling of VAT return that is what I am talking about. you have to contact your ward office or contact any consultant near near your area for appeal.
