Dear Sir
If TIN no. is cancelled due to non filling of return.Dealer have to apply for fresh tin or have to pay some penalty.Please advice.

If the RC is cancelled without providing an opportunity to explain the reasons, then, you can go for a revision petition before the Deputy/joint commissioner of the jurisdiction.
