17 November 2013 Now VAT registration is done on-line in all states.Open the web site :www.upvat.gov.nic.in and in the home page click e-registration.You will get the registration form to be filled up.Along with that there will be instructions for up loading the required documents. The documents required may be like personal ID,rent agreement,bank a/c,other department licence,if any,partnership deed,or articles of association etc,and two photographs.....mjk
