03 October 2019 Sir,

On dated 27/04/2018 i issue a Tax invoice, now in the month of sep 2019 the seller has return me the product.
So in this situation can i issue credit not of last financial year.

03 October 2019 The time limit is September of the subsequent financial year or filing annual return which ever earlier. Hence CN can be issued in Sep 19 return.

04 October 2019 Yes you may issue credit note as per section34(2) of CGST Act but not later than by September 2019 GST return due date..
