Time taken to process FORM-1A

30 December 2010 Hello sir,

I'd like to know how long usually it takes to process the FORM-1A Name approval form.

I have re-submitted the FORM-1A on 25th Dec and still I don't receive any reply from the MCA.

I have called up but no-body replied from MCA office. Please let me know when do I can expect their reply.

30 December 2010 check your SRN status.

Following are the steps of E-Forms after filing:

1. Pending for action: (Your ROC fee is not credited/paid)
2. Assigned: (Your form is assigned to ROC official but they have not taken action on it)
3. Work in Progress (ROC official have some objections/demand some details from the filing authority)
4. Approved (Your Form is approved by ROC).

30 December 2010 Actually the status was "Required Resubmission" on 25th Dec and so I have resubmitted again on the same day but still the "Required Resubmission" status is there.

30 December 2010 maximum 2 time you can resubmit form on the same challan.
after submission the following message has been shown:
"FORM IA HAS/HAVE BEEN RESUBMITTED IN RESPECT OF SRN B....... ON 25/12/2010 AT 5.25 PM."

wHEN YOU RESUBMITTED FIRST TIME , THE ABOVE MESSAGE DISPLAYED OR NOT.

30 December 2010 I have resubmitted for the first time on 25th Dec. And now when I check the SRN still the same status "Required Resubmission" is displayed.

30 December 2010 GENERALLY IT WILL TAKE 2-4 DAYS TO PROCESS THE FORM.
I THINK. YOU HAVE TO RESUBMIT AGAIN.BEFORE RESUBMIT YOU MUST SURE THAT YOU HAVE MODIFIED THE AS REQUIRED BY ROC.
