If any Assessment order is to be issued by x date than whether it means that Assessee should receive that order by that x date.
Whether if order date is within the time preview but if it was sent to Assesee after 20 days - Whether Valid?

Date of order should be mentioned in the order where there in no date in order, it is invalid

Some times the orders can be issued with a prior date. Therefore,the date of receipt is important in such critical cases. During filing of appeals before Tribunals,Appellate authorities,HC and SC the date of receipt of order is considered for counting the limitation period.....mjk
