What is the time limit to claim service tax credit.
For eg:- Can the assessee claim service tax credit for the period Oct 2007 to Mar 2008, in current financial year 2008-09

There is no time limit for availing the credit. you can still avail subject to conditions that you are paying service tax/ excise on your output services / goods
