If I have Filed my I.Tax Return on 30-09-2014, for A.Y. 2014-15, What Will be Time Limit for Selection of Case under Scrutiny or Serving the Notice by the Deaprtment for the same

Normally time limit for receiving such notice u/s 143(2) by the assesee is 6 months after the end of A.Y. .i.e in your case it shall be 30.09.2015 for A.Y. 2014 - 15.

The notice u/s 143(2) can be served within six months from the end of the financial year in which the return has been filed. In your case 30.09.2015 for A.Y. 2014-15.
