time limit for investing in NHAI bonds

06 August 2017 we have the long term capital gain of Rs 4.lakhs. sale date is 10-08-2016.... we are filling IT return now... will we get exemption ? if we invest the same amount in NHAI BONDS On or before 10-08-2017...

06 August 2017 To get exemption by way investing NHAI/RECL bonds is 6 months from the date of transaction. Therefore, exemption is possible in your case

06 August 2017 sir sale proceeds on 10-08-2016.. until we didn't invest that amount in bonds... we plan to invest tomorrow ie with in one year...
