Time limit for having articleship after trasfer

I HAVE TAKEN TRANSFER FROM CA FIRM AT LEAST 45 DAYS AGO BUT BECAUSE OF CERTAIN DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES I AM UNABLE TO GET A NEW FIRM & FILL ICAI RE-REGISTRATION FORM...IS THERE ANY TIME LIMIT FOR SUCH CONDITION???? IS THERE ANY PENALTY???? PLEASE HELP ME

06 February 2016 No such Time limit to join new firm, the only disadvantage of late joining is that yiur final attempt will be delayed on account of Articleship completion date
