what is time frame to declare of dividend by a company. some cases I found that company issue dividend, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annually. when company issue dividend Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annually.

Generally dividend is paid annually with the approval of AGM. Companies earning good profits declare interim dividend quarterly, half yearly with the approval of Board of directors.
