Time barred return

Hi Expert,
While filing online ITR 1,I come across the following problem,(I used to file colleague's ITR)
One of the colleagues gives me three Form -16 ( F.Y.2013-14;2014-15 & 15-16 ) I filed last two return but first is not because of time barred.My question is that if this is not a refund case then how Can I file this return.Please note for this F.Y.2013-14,the A.O.has issued notice for the non-filing return to him.

Dear, select option return filed u/s 142(2). The same option is available on first page of form.
