28 June 2021 A small retail pharmacy business person (turnover below 40 lacs limit) applied for cc loan bank.but bank manager three years projections (profit and loss account and balance sheet) required.
Question:
How to prepare procedure 3 years projections.

28 June 2021 Prepare projected financials on the basis of last year's data. Increasing trend for revenue and decreasing (or similar) one for expense is usually followed. But everything depends on the current market situation in respect of specific industry.
