25 May 2011 I am working as Senior Accounts in a mold manufacturing company(Domestic), recently we have encounter an a issue regarding with Export of mold where details as follows

We have received an order for mold from UK Company which residing and operations in UK only, we have accepted the order. Due to technical reasons we processed the mold in CHINA by third party, now we want to dispatch mold to UK from China and raising the invoice by us In(INDIA).

Regarding above said we have following issues

1.Is it right way to export the mold from China to UK and raising invoice in India.

2. If it is right what are the procedures and documents should made as per customs & Excise.

3. if it is wrong what exactly we have to follow.

Please help us to resolve with your great kindness

26 May 2011 in your case the B/L would be of china, also the certificate of origin will also carry the original manufacturer.

to save the situation you have to import the goods to any indian port, and re-export the same without clearing the same from customs,
