Resignation of the director?
Appointment of a statutory Auditor?

1. Collect his DIN Number
2. Collect his consent letter (not mandatory but recommended)
3. Collect his identity and address proof for your records.

Resignation of director
1. Collect resignation letter from him

24 December 2009 Appointment of statutory auditor

1. Collect his consent letter to act as statutory auditor.

2. Collect section 224(1B) declaration.

3. Collect a copy of from 23B which is required to be filed by him with ROC within 30 days from the date of his appointment by the company.
