Things forget to show in annual return

30 September 2011 a company which files its form 20B belatedly forget to show the shares transferred upto the date of AGM. how to correct the same.is there is any provision in the companies act to rectify the same. if yes please tell.

30 September 2011 The letter for the same to be drafted and to be attached as "Annexure" duly authorized by the Director of the company in Form 20B. The same has to be filed in same way as was original filed. The online system automatically will represent it as "revised form 20B".

03 October 2011 as original return was filled late if there is any provision in the companies act like in income tax act due to which belated return can not be revised. please guide. thanks in advance.
