Please let me know that whether i should give the answer of Theory paper in CA PCC Point wise or Paragraph wise?

Mix up your answers in both ways.
Point wise and Paragraph wise.
Also Consider the marks for that question, if its a short type then answer point wise, and if its along type write the points first and then elaborate each point in a paragraph.
But be precise, since you need time to answer questions too.
Where you are not 100 % sure about any point please do not write it. rather go for a paragraph type to escape.

While answering in a point wise manner, do remember the name of the point correctly. Else you may write the point with atleast the principal words as that of Study Mat, which catches the eyes of valuer.
