05 February 2025 The recent CBIC clarification via Circular No. 231/25/2024-GST dated 10.09.2024 indeed resolves the ambiguity by confirming that ITC is allowed on demo vehicles, provided they are used for further supply and capitalized in the books of accounts.

My Question is :-1)Can We claim ITC as above notification basic  Demo Car Insurance ?

2)also We can claim itc Repair and Maintenance demo Car  ?
