HONESTLY...TELL ME ONE THING...THE COMPANY BILL IS PASSED, NOW WHAT WILL BE THE FATE OF OLD ONE...WHETHER WE WILL GET SOME EXECUTION TIME FOR IT...AND WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER PROVISIONS AND SECTIONS THERE....I M CONFUSED

After Presidents Assent and notification in official gazzete the new Companies Act will take over from the old one in its entirety.
Some time will be give to comply with the requirements of new company law. Just wait n watch.
