Termination on medical ground

04 October 2014 Recently I met with an accident which fractured my leg. Doctors said atleast 3 months is required to cure. I want to terminate form my principal and join another in my home town.
1. Should i terminate right now or after 3 months??
2. If i terminate now and re-register after 3 months,will my attempt for final be postponed for 6 months (articles registered on 14-03-2013)

1.should i take permission from ICAI before termination??
2.by what time institute will reply and what is the procedure for seeking permission(Through telephone or writing a letter)??
3.If reply is late when should i re-register??(after 3 months or just after termination)

05 October 2014 1. yes ICAI permission is compulsory.

2. you need to write to them..they also reply in writing only.

3. you cannot register before 3 months

how much time will ICAI take to reply for my letter
