Termination of articleship in 2nd year

Can any one plz help me on this one…
I wanted to take transfer from my current employer on the grounds of that i am getting an opportunity of different exposure in an another firm…..so can i do it….i am into end of my 2nd year of articleship i:e 1year and 10 months….plz reply asap…

however you can request icai for transfer approval after one year specifying reason for transfer along with your boss recommendation letter for your transfer

generally in your case icai may not accept and may recommend for secondment of articleship

secondment of articleship can be done in last year of articles,,contact icai and get procedure..

as u are going to complete 2 years as and when completed 2 years go for secondment of articles,,in this icai definetely accept
