Termination of articleship after one year

05 May 2014 i am in my second year of articleship. i want to take termination from the present principal. my principal is also ready to give termination.as i had a dispute with him he said that he wont approve it untill i mention the reason for termination as miscondut. what are the future effects if i mention the reason for termination as misconduct?

05 May 2014 then no other firm will take u as an article since on record ur being shown as having bad conduct or behaviour and u will spoil ur career so better dont take transfer for this reason on paper

05 May 2014 my principal is no more interested to keep me in his firm. he said that he wont approve for any other reason. please suggest me what should i do now

05 May 2014 then u need to ask ur parents to meet or ask him to give for secondment which means u can officially work with other ca but ur registered with this ca only..

05 May 2014 my parents are uneducated and they dont even know what im studying. ca is my ambition and at any cost i want to reach myt goal. now im in a lot of depression as how to complete my articleship

05 May 2014 u take secondment as i have suggested above and u can check the forms on icai website under members category and under forms.

05 May 2014 can i take secondment for more than one year as i have completed one and half year under the present employer?

05 May 2014 just a correction, secondment can be only for a maximum period of 1 year. please refer bullet 4 at this link
