Termination of articleship after one year

30 April 2014 im in second year of my articleship. i had a dispute with my principle. i want to take termination and my principle is also ready to give termination. i have no valid ground to mention in this regard. can u please suggest me in this.

30 April 2014 U can discuss with ur Principal regarding the matter. U may give the reason that both u n ur principal agree on that. Like u can give no leave granted for study, or no work to learn, or any other on which both of u agree. If ur principal do not agree with u then u must file a case against him in ICAI and by this method ur transfer will b very pathetic.
