I HAVE DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE CA COURSE AFTER COMPLETING 2YEARS AND 3 MONTHS OF ARTICLESHIP AS I COULDNT CLEAR MY IPCC 2ND GROUP EVEN AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR GETING TERMINATED.SHOULD I FILL ANY FORM OR JUST LEAVE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE..

i have already joined a job...will it b ok if i just fill form 109 and submit to institute...or should i seek permision for termintion

please take your Principal in confidence and then submit form 109 to ICAI...(It is to be signed by both....Principal as well as Articled)
