My principal is asking to serve my extension under him only. He is not signing my form 108. I asked him for form 119, he threatened me by saying that he would spoil my career if I do so. please help its very urgent.

what the hell he wants... trully bad one from your principal.. but as ICAI doesnt permit transfer without the permission of ur principal// u need to make him understand politely.... try if u can
