Termination of articleship

07 October 2013 sir,
I've registered my articleship on 30/04/2013, as per this i will get final attempt on nov,2015.now i want to terminate the articles,it will take atlest 6to7 days for re-joining in a new firm.I think these 6or7 days would not count in articles,then my attempt will be delayed to may,2016.please clarify my intension is correct or not,if it is correct
please suggest me how can i take atermination without delay my attempt

the total period of article ship will extended by number of days you take time to re register.

07 October 2013 your date if registration 30/04/2013 as you said date of re-registration will take 7 days delay

so your articleship completion date will extend to 7 days

which will be nearly 07/05/2016
.
.
and hence you can only appear in may 2016 attempt at the earliest

09 December 2013 if transfer is very important to you take transfer and write net attempt..i mean when you will complete 2.5 years of articleship

Suppose if i take termination on 15/12/2013 and Re-registration made on 16/12/2013 in this situation can i get attempt for november-2015 please suggest me

10 December 2013 If you complete 30 months of article ship on or before 31.10.2015 then you will be eligible for Nov, 2015 attempt.

16 April 2014 sir,my articles are commenced from 30/04/2013 as per this i have to complete my GMCS-1 with in 30/04/2014.bu i am unable to complete this course because of non availability of batches.please suggest me what i have to do? and i want to know the consequences for non completion of GMCS-1 with in 1 year.
