22 March 2015 Hello sir, I am suresh I got heart surgery in jan month now I am in my village taking rest, wether may take termination on health ground if yes, can I submit the operation details, I got my surgery in hyd KIMS hospitals but it is not govt, it is a pvt company can I get permission from ICAI please help me out with details

23 March 2015 icai allows tranfer in second year only on the basis of medical ground and treatement should b from govt hospitals... still i wil suggest u one thing... Do try to write a letter to ICAI abt ur probs... hope so they wil allow this
