Termination of articles after 1 year

Sir,i had sent a request letter to icai about termination of my articles after 1 year on august 22nd,still i didnt get a response from icai.if i go to chennai chapter office is there any remedy to my transfer of articles. please tell me details and how shall i proceed now? whether i have to go to chennai or have to wait for the icai responce..

before going to the Regional Office, it would advisable that you call them over phone or communicate over email. They normally do respond.

Actually i have 2nd group of ipcc examination attempt on this november,and next year november will be my final attempt.i felt tension about my aticles termination and bothering about my failure in attempting 2nd group ipcc from last 3 attempts.please give me some guidence

i had sent a request without any proof regarding transfer,i said in that, my parents are transfered from hyderabad to vizag because of their business purpose,so i want to termination to rejoin at my new occupation please grant permission to me. is this ok? to icai

in 2nd and subsequent year the procedure is that first u need to make an application for transfer with the reasons permitted by icai on a plain paper and if they allow you then only u can submit form 112 and you also need to submit the evidence on the basis of which you are seeking transfer then only icai will get convinced and allow you transfer.
in your case if u shifting to new place altogehther then u need to submit the rent agreement of new palce to icai and related proofs.
it is advisable to you to personally visit the nearest regional chapter of icai and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

yes i will visit soon,but am bothering about reply,already one month completed still reply not came,if icai requires proof how much time icai takes to confirm my proof to termination,
