Dear Professional Couligue,
My friend has taken termination on 6th april of this year he has not yet joined in another firm.
he is going to join in another firm in the next week.
is this transfer will be valid
other wise what he has to be done
please advice me

Following the new rule of ICAI, It would be reaaly difficult to get transfer if the termination date is after 27 march, 2009.
