Termination of article ship

04 May 2014 I have completed my 15 months of article ship but due to some reason I have to take termination. I wanted to know whether it is possible to rejoin article ship at other place for balance period, if yes then what is the time period to rejoin ?

Whether it is necessary to get consent from institute for early termination ?

If you can rejoin then whether consent is required from institute for joining again at other firm ?

I asked this query at icai ahmedabad (to a normal office person who deals with students) and he said that once you terminate you can't rejoin again which seems quite weird to me as well.

Please treat this as urgent and kindly help me to solve it

05 May 2014 1. once you complete 15 months, you can terminate articleship only under grounds provided the regulation 56(1)

once you take termination under any of the grounds covered therein, you can register at some other CA/CA firm.
