Respected experts , sir i want to ask that whether the mobile/telephone expenses of directors and managers are allowed as an bussiness expense..?

Yes it is allowed as business expenses. No dis allowance for this.

Yes. It is allowed to company but same will be taxable as perquisites in the hands of employee.

apply business purpose test. If it is used for business, only then it is allowed. otherwise not allowed.
