Practising Chartered Accountant can hold the position of Team Leader in HDFC Life Insurance Scheme to manage the team of Agent for insurance Sector? in this case the employer and Employee relation can not be exist niether any attested function ?

Person who is in full time practice cant hold any position in employment. Person who is part time in practice can hold position in employment but in this case he cant perform any attest function.
