If TDS on salary not deducted or less deducted than what's the implication in statutory audit.

It will be qualified in the audit report, Disallownace will not come

I agree. However the Income Tax Issues are never a part of the Stat Audit, But still i will agree with Mr Ramesh as there with be financial liability in future on the assessee, thereffore u can qualify ur audit report
