A new Pvt Ltd company is recovering TDS without having their TAN (i.e., they have applied for TAN). Can they remit the TDS recovered without having TAN. Pl.calrify

The company cannot remit the TDS recovered without quoting TAN. I think, it may remit, once the TAN is allotted to the company.
