We make advance payment to party for R & D Work what is the TDS Liability. & Also advice now the work is not suceed & paty denied to give a bill.
can we expense out our selves.

YES APPLICABLE FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT SERVICE R&D SERVICE 194J APPLICABLE. PART PAYMENT THEY NEED TO ISSUE BILL ON ADVANCE RECEIVED . YOU CAN BOOK EXPENSES ON ADVANCE PART IF YOU SURE YOU WILL NOT RECIVE BILL.
