Experts,
am working in a pvt company & we have deduct TDS & uploading every qtr regularly
now we have a new pblm for a transporter without pan number so we have deduct TDS 20% at the time of payment & now we need to upload that data without pan number but it not accepted
how do we upload that data without pan number?
can any one guide me pls

You cannot upload the TDS return without PAN. so hold those deductees while filing the return and upload only deductee with PAN, incase they submit the PAN then you can correct the return
