24 January 2013 Should TDS be paid or deposited before remitting money to foreign party or it is enough to have TDS deducted and issue a CA certificate.?

24 January 2013 No, same procedure as others. TDS must be depsoited on or before 7th of next month in which TDS is deducted. for March month it can be deposited till 30th April
