We have an US Dollar credit card. All the payment in USD can make from this card.
Our company pay monthly telephone, server charges, courier to USA firms via this card and after receiving bill from Card, we pay via USD cheque to Card from EEFC Account here in INDIA.
Will TDS applicable u/s 195?
