If audit fee is shown as expenditure in 2 proprietory concern having Single proprietor Rs. 20000/- each whether it is subjected to t.d.s. as propretor is one & auditor is also one.

Yes. because the Proprietor is one and he will submit his TDS return under his PAN only.
